I've been noticing neon in many places and I have to say it makes me smile. I like the hue and saturation of the neons. Bright, cheery, and energetic, they say 'Show me your pearly whites. It's going to be a great day!' For those who enjoy more subtle colors... I encourage you to break out of your comfort zone and try something neon. I hope you will find yourself smiling:) I added the earrings for fun. I know they aren't neon but I like a little extra sparkle and shine. Do you like neon? Let me know.
