I love, love, love this outfit. This fitting outfit looks great for spring or even summer. The crocheted/lace top paired with the pencil skirt is perfect for work or lunch with the girls. It's vintage meets professional. As for the belt, it could even be darker, maybe a cognac. Ahhh, the earrings, so chic. As for the shoes.. nude pumps for sure. Is this a look you would wear?
