I love, love, love this outfit. This fitting outfit looks great for spring or even summer. The crocheted/lace top paired with the pencil skirt is perfect for work or lunch with the girls. It's vintage meets professional. As for the belt, it could even be darker, maybe a cognac. Ahhh, the earrings, so chic. As for the shoes.. nude pumps for sure.  Is this a look you would wear? I've been noticing neon in many places and I have to say it makes me smile. I like the hue and saturation  of the neons. Bright, cheery, and energetic, they say 'Show me your pearly whites. It's going to be a great day!' For those who enjoy more subtle colors... I encourage you to break out of your comfort zone and try something neon.
